Fit to Fight Kickboxing

Premier’s Fit to Fight Kickboxing program places a very strong emphasis not only on the devastating kicks, knees and elbows that tend to characterize Muay Thai but also on development of strong boxing. Premier places a premium on understanding and using the “Clinch Range”, in all of its facets, in an effort to produce the most comprehensive approach to Muay Thai possible.

While this program has a very strong fitness component, each technique will be firmly rooted in actual application. Hard pad training, neck wrestling, conditioning and light (timing) sparring will be a part of virtually every workout.  So whether you want fitness, to get into the ring, to protect yourself and family or to expand your skill set, Premier’s Fit to Fight Kickboxing class is for you.
